Refund policy

This policy explains when you get money back. It is part of the terms of service. To ask for a refund, email badii@badii.studio with your order reference.

Launch Audit and Due-Diligence Audit

• Full refund if you cancel before giving me access to your code or backend.
• No refund once the review has started, except under the guarantee below.
• Guarantee: If the audit doesn't find at least 5 concrete, actionable issues, it's free. In that case you get the full fee back.

Quick Fix

• Full refund if you cancel before I start.
• If I can't fix the agreed blocker within the agreed scope, you get the fee back minus the time I spent on it. I tell you the hours and the amount before the refund is sent.

Fix & Launch Sprint

• Full refund of the 50% deposit if you cancel before work starts.
• After work starts, you pay for the work done so far, pro rata to the agreed scope. The rest of the deposit comes back to you, and you get everything finished up to that point.

Care plans

• Cancel anytime by email. The plan ends at the close of the month you already paid for.
• The current month is not refunded.

MVP Build

• If you cancel mid-build, payments for milestones already reached are kept, and you get all code built so far. Nothing further is owed.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, within 30 days of approval.
• Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Payments are processed by Pan African Center for Entrepreneurship, so your card statement shows WITHPACE.ORG.
